This mixer has several features of special interest: -It has a "bowl control" lever that allows you to change the position of the bowl relative to the beaters in order to adjust the speed at which the bowl rotates during mixing. -The mixer is variable speed with ten settings in addition to "off". The settings are as follows: 1- slow mixing; 2-heavy batters; 3-prepared mixes; 4-juicing fruits; 5- icings, creaming; 6-whip cream; 7-whip potatoes; 8-candy, beat eggs; 9-cooked icings; and 10-attachments. -The mixer is designed for the mixing head to very easily detach from the base so that it can be used as a portable hand-held model.
